Forum Business Center: Transforming Digital Visibility into Active Commercial Demand
About
Forum Business Center is a modern commercial space designed to host a range of businesses, from growing local companies to international teams operating in Armenia. Positioned in a competitive real estate landscape, the business center offers flexible office solutions, accessibility, and a professional working environment tailored to evolving business needs.
With multiple tenants operating across different industries, Forum Business Center functions not just as a physical workspace, but as a shared environment where companies build, collaborate, and grow. Its positioning and communication were specifically designed to appeal to internationally-oriented companies, fast-growing businesses, and professional teams looking for a workspace that reflects a modern business standard.
Challenge
At the time of engagement, Forum Business Center faced a clear and immediate business challenge: two full floors had become available and needed to be leased.
While the space itself was fully functional and ready for occupancy, its digital presence did not support this objective. The business center lacked an active and structured communication system across its channels, limiting its ability to attract and convert potential tenants.
In a market where similar office spaces compete with comparable offerings, visibility and perception play a critical role. Without a strong online presence, Forum Business Center risked being overlooked by companies actively searching for workspace solutions.
The goal was not only to increase visibility but to position the business center as a credible and desirable option for potential tenants, ultimately driving inbound interest and accelerating the leasing process.
Approach
Understanding the Objective
We approached the project with a clear commercial focus: support the leasing of the available floors by strengthening visibility, improving digital infrastructure, and creating a consistent communication system.
Rather than treating this as a purely content-driven project, we focused on aligning every step with the end goal: attracting the right tenants and facilitating decision-making.
Building a System
The strategy was structured in sequential phases, ensuring that each layer supported the next:
- Production
We began with on-site production, capturing high-quality photo and video materials that reflect the space realistically.
The goal was to move beyond static representation and create visual assets that communicate the experience of working within the space. - Content Planning & Structure
Based on the collected material, we developed a clear content plan, defining posting frequency, formats, and messaging direction.
This ensured consistency and avoided fragmented communication. - Social Media Activation & Optimization
We activated and structured key platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
This included improving profile navigation, rewriting core sections, and organizing highlights to guide visitors through the space efficiently. - Website Re-Activation
To support credibility and conversion, we reactivated and aligned the website with the updated positioning.
This created a complete digital journey, from discovery to consideration. - Performance Amplification
Once organic content began generating traction, we identified a high-performing post and supported it with targeted advertising.
Results
The combined effect of structured content, improved visibility, and consistent communication led to measurable business outcomes in a short period of time.
- Reached 213,962 accounts across digital platforms
- Increased profile activity by +1114.8%
- Increased profile visits by +1057.7%
- Achieved +22.6% follower growth
- Generated inbound interest from potential tenants and strengthened overall digital visibility
But most importantly both available floors were successfully leased, all within a month.
Conclusion
This project demonstrates that in commercial real estate, visibility alone is not enough. What drives results is clarity, consistency, and the ability to present a space in a way that aligns with how businesses make decisions.
By building a structured digital presence and aligning content with a clear commercial goal, AVE Digital helped Forum Business Center move from passive visibility to active demand.
In a saturated commercial real estate market where most communication looks and sounds the same, the focus was on highlighting Forum Business Center’s international business orientation and professional standard. Taking inspiration from international real estate marketing, we developed a strategy that positioned the space through both visual and verbal communication. Every content piece was designed to reflect a more premium, globally-aligned direction, from the way the environment was presented to the tone and structure of the messaging.
Because in competitive markets, the spaces that get chosen are the ones that are easier to understand, trust, and imagine.
